Software Engineer:

State College, PA

Job Description:

The software engineer’s duties will include desktop and web-based application development as part of a team delivering products and services to our government and business customers.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with C# , MVC, Java Script, jQuery, ASP.net, source code control systems
Experience with SQLServer, SQL and standard data base design.
MS Office software familiarity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to create documentation and design documents with limited problem definition
Ability to represent the company in a positive manner when working directly with customers

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Practical experience with WCF, WPF, LINQ, Silverlight
Oracle 10g or 11i familiarity.
Experience with web services and XML
Experience in data analysis
Familiarity with C/C++, Java, Power shell, Windows Server 2008.

Salary:
TBD based on experience and qualifications.

This position will report to our State College, PA office but will be located in Philadelphia, PA at a customer facility. Travel may occasionally be required to support customers and program needs. Impact Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
