Impact Technologies has a decade of experience designing, developing and deploying many prognostics and health management solutions for military ground vehicles. These solutions range from specific diagnostic algorithms for tracked vehicle suspension units to PHM data management and system-level reasoning architectures. System integrators as well as component OEMs have utilized our consulting and custom software development services, licensed our diagnostic/prognostic/reasoning algorithms and/or purchased our sensor products for their ground vehicle applications. We posses a considerable library of configurable diagnostic and prognostic algorithms and methodologies that we have applied to embedded or off-board ground vehicle propulsion, drive train, suspension, hydraulic, and environmental cooling applications.

Furthermore, we understand the architecture by which health states at the LRU or subsystem level can be reasoned at the system level and, ultimately, provide platform level vehicle readiness assessment. We have developed enterprise-level asset management software that uses the health state assessments from embedded PHM to enable condition-based maintenance, predictive logistics and mission planning.
