Impact Technologies has a means of projecting fleet maintenance cost into the future (5, 10, 15 yrs) for aircrafts in order to determine the optimal maintenance strategy that maximizes time on wing, while subsequently reducing the cost per flying hour. Our Fleet Wide Analysis software which leverages the Workscope Optimization tool kit has been demonstrated on both turbo props and turbo fan engine applications. Fleet Analysis using an advance Monte Carlo projection tool gives maintenance planners the life cycle cost information to make decisions on whether to upgrade systems or change maintenance habits.
